Returns Policy

We have a 30-day, full money back guarantee such that, if you wish to return any item, for any reason, that you have bought from Invisihear Ltd., you can send it to us up to 30 days after it has been received, for a replacement or full refund. 

Considerations in respect of returning an item.

Products can be opened for testing and trial purposes but should you decide that they are unsuitable then a 100% refund will be issued, but only if the product is returned in a brand new, resaleable condition, with all packaging and contents intact. 

Please note: Items will not be considered as re-saleable if:

  • The packaging or any of the contents are dirty or defaced.

  • Any personal information has been added, such as telephone numbers.

  • Any of the original contents have been damaged or are missing.

Any items returned will be quality assessed before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our quality control standards.

Information regarding the return of hearing aids purchased.

We accept that hearing aids need to be fully tested in the ear; should the fit or sound be unsatisfactory, you are able to return them within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund. It is not necessary to return any accessories such as batteries, domes or wax guards that have been used. If we discover any physical damage to the hearing aid beyond what we would expect during trial use, a deduction of £60, our standard repair charge, will be made from your refund. Likewise, any damage to the packaging or booklets will incur a deduction of £20 to cover replacement. This is due to the conditions of our return policy with the manufacturer. 

Invisihear recommend you trial the hearing aids for a period of 21 days. This is because, medical studies show, your brain requires approximately three weeks for your hearing sense to adjust to new hearing aids.

Information regarding the return of hearing aid accessories purchased.

All products must be returned, unopened and in their original packaging and in a brand new, resaleable condition. Any items returned will be quality assessed before any refund is issued.

Returns will not be accepted outside the 30-day period unless the item is found to be faulty. In such cases you will be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item. 

How to return your items.

You can request an Authorised Return Number (ARN), by emailing us via info@invisihear.co.uk. The ARN should be quoted on all correspondence. Please enclose a letter explaining the reason for return and, if possible, a copy of the original invoice. We recommend that, when returning any item to us, you send them by recorded or special delivery, depending on the value of the goods, as we will not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will notify you by email when your returned items have been received by our returns department.

When does the hearing aid 30-day return period start?

Your package will have a record of the date that the courier delivers to you. This is considered the start date of the 30-day money back guarantee; all returns must have a posting date no more than 30 days after this delivery date.
